Our story & vision
Aïkku, founded in October 2024 by Philippe Nougaillon and Sébastien Pourchaire — each with over 30 years of experience — alongside Pierre-Emmanuel Dacquet, was born from a field observation: in many organizations, tools no longer keep up with real-world usage.
Fragmented processes, scattered solutions, and increasing complexity for teams meant what seemed like a temporary issue became a structural challenge.
This reality led to the creation of Aïkku, with a central belief:
Technology must adapt to organizations, not the other way around.
Our ambition is to design scalable platforms built to last, helping teams better plan, coordinate, and track activity through co-construction with users.
Every solution we build follows a simple goal: simplify existing systems, improve efficiency, and provide a smooth experience for daily users.

Developer & digital innovation
Trained at Tech&Code Factory and WebSchool Factory, P-E represents a new generation of digital talent combining design, development, and innovation. He was mentored by Philippe Nougaillon on real-world projects from early on. He builds user-centered solutions with a strong focus on innovation and business performance.
Daniela Isaza Hurtado

Developer & UX designer
After several professional experiences, Dani transitioned into IT, where she found her vocation. She completed a one-year training at Ada Tech School before joining Aïkku through Philippe Nougaillon's mentorship. Committed and continuously improving, she places strong emphasis on solution quality and user experience.

Backend engineer — CNAM apprentice
Alex is pursuing an engineering degree in computer science and information systems at CNAM. Over a 3-year apprenticeship, he specializes in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems, architecture, and optimization. Rigorous and curious, he values deep understanding and efficient system design.
Philippe Nougaillon
Aka Philnoug
Entrepreneur, developer & mentor — 30+ years
Philnoug is an entrepreneur, developer, consultant, and open-source enthusiast with over 30 years of experience. Expert in XP / RAD / AGILE / LEAN / SCRUM approaches, he has led more than 50 projects and developed several open-source applications. He also works as a mentor and trainer, supporting young developers and product managers.
Serena Pinali

Product Manager & communications
With a certified Product Manager degree (RNCP level 7) and strong experience in community management and training, Nuna manages digital projects at Aïkku as well as marketing, communication, and client/developer relations. She is cheerful, agile, and persistent, always striving for improvement.

Seb has over 30 years of experience in healthcare information systems. He focuses on digital transformation, data standardization, and user support. He strongly believes in training and support as keys to success and builds solutions aimed at optimizing organizational performance.
